JATIMTIMES - Fasilitas Skate Park di Taman Hutan Kota Bondas Batu dikeluhkan komunitas skateboard. Pasalnya, sejak pertama dibangun, skate park tersebut tak pernah digunakan lantaran tak layak dan kurang memadai dari sisi keselamatan.

Pemkot Batu mewacanakan ada perombakan taman dan skate park tahun ini. Untuk mendukung itu, pembangunannya disebut telah dianggarkan dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD).

Kepala Bidang Pertamanan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Batu Endang Ari membenarkan hal tersebut. Namun, belum ada petunjuk lebih lanjut untuk pelaksanaannya. Terlebih, Pemkot baru-baru ini melakukan penyegaran pimpinan sejumlah organisasi perangkat daerah termasuk DLH. "Yang jelas sudah dianggarkan untuk perencanaan taman Hutan Kota Bondas," singkat Endang saat dikonfirmasi, belum lama ini.

Kepala DLH Kota Batu Alfi Nurhidayat yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt), menyampaikan jika perombakan skate park sekaligus perbaikan taman sudah diwacanakan. Pemkot juga sudah melakukan survei beberapa pekan lalu bersama dengan jajaran Pj Wali Kota Batu Aries Agung Paewai.

"Memang kami merencanakan tahun ini ada perbaikan. Di mana taman hutan kota itu kita lakukan pemeliharaan salah satunya memperbaiki wahana skate park supaya lebih aman dan nyaman buat teman-teman komunitas. Sekaligus untuk meramaikan olahraga wisata di Kota Batu," ungkap Alfi, Senin (17/2/2025) lalu.

Sekadar informasi, Kepala DLH termasuk dalam rotasi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama (JPTP) di lingkungan Pemkot Batu yang dilakukan pada 17 Februari 2025. Alfi Nurhidayat digantikan posisinya oleh Dian Fachroni yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Setda Kota Batu.

Alfi menyebut, wacana perombakan taman dengan fasilitas skate park sudah disampaikan kepada pejabat definitif terbaru. Diharapkan, rencana itu berlanjut tahun ini sesuai arahan Pj Wali Kota Batu.

"Kita sampaikan ke pejabat DLH yang memimpin nanti, agar sebisa mungkin meneruskan. Karena inj aspirasi dari masyarakat dan kami sudah sempat komunikasi dengan komunitas," jelasnya.

Pria yang menjabat definitif Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) itu menambahkan, perencanaan anggaran pemeliharaan taman dan pembangunan skate park sudah ditentukan.

"Untuk anggaran yang disiapkan Rp 500 juta. anggaran tamannya (rehabilitasi). Kalau untuk pemeliharaan DED (Detail Engineering Design)-nya Rp 50 juta," imbuh Alfi.
