JATIMTIMES - 21 April 2026 merupakan peringatan Hari Kartini. Namun di tengah seremoni yang berulang setiap tahun, persoalan mendasar perempuan belum juga surut. Kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak, ketimpangan akses, hingga kualitas hidup yang belum merata menjadi realitas yang menuntut lebih dari sekadar perayaan simbolik.
Rektor UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang , Prof. Dr. Hj. Ilfi Nur Diana, M.Si., secara tegas mengingatkan bahwa semangat Kartini harus diterjemahkan ke dalam kerja nyata yang berdampak langsung.
“Kita semua ini adalah Kartini di era modern. Silaturahmi bukan hanya bertemu, tetapi harus dimaknai sebagai ruang membangun sinergi dan kolaborasi,” ujarnya saat hadir dalam momentum halal bihalal, peringatan Hari Kartini, dan HUT Gabungan Organisasi Wanita (GOW) Kota Malang di Mini Block Office Kota Malang, Rabu, (8/4/2026).

Ia menyoroti bahwa ruang perempuan di Kota Malang sebenarnya telah berkembang ke arah yang lebih inklusif. Berbagai organisasi lintas agama, profesi, dan latar belakang terlibat dalam gerakan bersama. Namun, menurutnya, inklusivitas tersebut harus diikuti dengan dampak konkret.
“Yang terpenting bukan hanya berkumpul, tetapi bagaimana kolaborasi ini bisa menjawab kebutuhan riil masyarakat,” tegasnya.
Dalam pandangannya, sinergi lintas sektor menjadi kunci. Perguruan tinggi, kata Prof. Ilfi, memiliki peran strategis yang selama ini belum dimaksimalkan sepenuhnya.
“UIN Maliki Malang sangat terbuka untuk berkolaborasi. Kami memiliki banyak fakultas dan potensi yang bisa disinergikan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat,” katanya.

Ia menekankan bahwa kontribusi kampus tidak berhenti pada ruang akademik, tetapi harus menjangkau persoalan konkret seperti pendidikan keluarga, literasi keagamaan moderat, pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan, hingga perlindungan perempuan dan anak.
Lebih jauh, Prof. Ilfi menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan pembangunan perempuan tidak bisa diukur dari banyaknya program, melainkan dari perubahan yang nyata dirasakan masyarakat.
“Mari kita dorong Kota Malang menjadi kota yang ramah perempuan dan anak. Ukurannya jelas, kekerasan menurun, kualitas hidup meningkat, dan harapan hidup perempuan semakin baik,” pungkasnya.
