JATIMTIMES – Berkendara sepeda motor merupakan aktivitas yang membutuhkan keterampilan, konsentrasi, dan ketenangan. Melalui kampanye “Jago #Cari_Aman Biar Happy”, PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia (MPM Honda Jatim) distributor sepeda motor Honda wilayah Jatim & NTT mengajak para pemula, khususnya pelajar SMA di Malang, untuk memahami pentingnya keselamatan sejak awal mulai berkendara.

Bagi pengendara pemula, memahami dasar-dasar berkendara menjadi kunci agar tetap aman dan percaya diri di jalan. Dengan bekal pengetahuan yang tepat, pengalaman berkendara tidak hanya aman, tetapi juga terasa lebih nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Berikut 3 hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemula agar tetap #Cari_Aman dan happy saat berkendara:

1. Kuasai Teknik Dasar Berkendara
Pemula perlu memahami teknik dasar, mulai dari posisi tubuh yang benar saat berkendara, cara menarik tuas gas dengan halus, penggunaan kopling (untuk motor manual), hingga teknik pengereman yang tepat dalam berbagai kondisi. Penguasaan dasar ini akan membantu pengendara lebih stabil dan percaya diri di jalan.

2. Kenali Karakter dan Kondisi Sepeda Motor
Sebelum digunakan, pastikan pengendara sudah memahami cara kerja motor, mengenali fitur-fitur yang ada, serta memastikan kondisi kendaraan dalam keadaan prima. Hal ini penting untuk meminimalkan risiko saat berkendara.

3. Patuhi Aturan dan Gunakan Perlengkapan Berkendara
Selalu patuhi rambu lalu lintas dan gunakan perlengkapan berkendara lengkap seperti helm berstandar SNI, jaket, sarung tangan, celana panjang, dan sepatu. Perlengkapan ini berfungsi melindungi tubuh dan mengurangi risiko cedera saat terjadi hal yang tidak diinginkan.

Instruktur Safety Riding MPM Honda Jatim, Hari Setiawan, menegaskan bahwa kesiapan pengendara pemula tidak hanya dari kemampuan, tetapi juga dari legalitas dan fokus saat berkendara.

“Bagi pengendara pemula, yang paling penting adalah sudah memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) dan selalu menjaga konsentrasi saat berkendara. Dengan begitu, mereka bisa #Cari_Aman di jalan dan berkendara dengan lebih percaya diri,” ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Marketing Communication & Development Division Head MPM Honda Jatim, Suhari, menambahkan bahwa komitmen edukasi keselamatan terus diperkuat melalui berbagai fasilitas pembelajaran yang terintegrasi.

“MPM Honda Jatim secara konsisten menghadirkan edukasi keselamatan berkendara melalui fasilitas seperti Safety Riding Center serta dukungan Safety Riding Lab Astra Honda di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kepanjen. Melalui fasilitas ini, kami ingin memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih nyata bagi generasi muda agar semakin siap, terampil, dan memiliki kesadaran tinggi akan pentingnya keselamatan di jalan,” jelasnya.

Melalui edukasi yang terus dilakukan kepada siswa SMA sederajat di Malang, MPM Honda Jatim berharap para pemula dapat menjadi pengendara yang lebih siap, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. Dengan menerapkan prinsip Jago #Cari_Aman Biar Happy, pengalaman berkendara tidak hanya aman, tetapi juga memberikan rasa nyaman dan menyenangkan dalam setiap perjalanan.
