JATIMTIMES - Isu kenaikan iuran BPJS Kesehatan pada 2026 ramai diperbincangkan di media sosial. Respons publik pun cenderung keras. Tak sedikit warganet yang mengaku khawatir dengan potensi beban tambahan di tengah kondisi ekonomi saat ini.

Temuan itu tergambar dalam riset BeData Technology yang menganalisis percakapan warganet sepanjang Januari hingga Maret 2026. Hasilnya, sebanyak 56,5% percakapan bernada negatif. Sementara sentimen positif hanya 9,5%, dan 34% lainnya bersifat netral.

Riset BeData juga melihat lebih dalam soal emosi publik. Hasilnya, respons masyarakat tidak berhenti di level tidak setuju, tapi sudah mengarah ke kemarahan. "Emosi yang paling dominan adalah anger (kemarahan) dengan proporsi sekitar 58,7%, jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan emosi lainnya seperti joy (34,4%), fear (5,6%), dan sadness (1,2%)," tulis laporan BeData Technology, dikutip Jumat (17/4/2026).

Angka ini menunjukkan isu kenaikan iuran BPJS cukup sensitif. Banyak warganet yang merasa kebijakan ini berpotensi menambah beban, terutama bagi kelompok masyarakat menengah ke bawah.

Percakapan di media sosial juga menunjukkan karakter berbeda di tiap platform. Di TikTok, sentimen negatif tercatat lebih dominan, mencapai 57,1%.

Pengguna TikTok cenderung lebih lugas dan emosional dalam menyampaikan penolakan. Sementara di X (Twitter), mayoritas percakapan masih berada di kategori netral, sekitar 53,8%.

Meski begitu, sentimen negatif di X tetap cukup besar, yakni 38,5%. Artinya, penolakan tetap terasa di kedua platform. Kalau dilihat dari kata-kata yang sering muncul, percakapan publik banyak mengarah ke persoalan biaya.

Kata seperti “bpjs”, “naik”, “bayar”, “rakyat”, hingga “miskin” paling sering digunakan warganet. Ini memperlihatkan kekhawatiran publik ada pada kemampuan membayar iuran jika benar-benar naik. "Kemunculan kata-kata ini menunjukkan bahwa percakapan negatif banyak berkaitan dengan isu kenaikan biaya, beban pembayaran, serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat, khususnya kelompok ekonomi menengah ke bawah," tulis peneliti BeData.

Hal lain yang terlihat, konten bernada negatif justru lebih cepat ramai. Dari sisi interaksi, sentimen negatif menyumbang 48,7% engagement. Artinya, unggahan yang berisi kritik atau keluhan lebih banyak menarik perhatian dibandingkan informasi yang bersifat netral.

Dari penelitian ini, BeData Technology menilai isu kenaikan iuran BPJS tidak lagi dianggap sebagai wacana kebijakan. Bagi sebagian masyarakat, ini sudah terasa sebagai potensi beban ekonomi yang langsung menyentuh kehidupan sehari-hari.
