JATIMTIMES –Langkah berani diambil Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Magetan dengan membongkar skandal besar tindak pidana korupsi yang selama ini seperti jalan di tempat. Kamis, 23 April 2026, penyidik Tindak Pidana Khusus secara resmi menetapkan 6 orang tersangka dalam kasus dugaan penyalahgunaan dana hibah Pokok-Pokok Pikiran (Pokir) DPRD Kabupaten Magetan Tahun Anggaran 2020 hingga 2024.

Sabrul Iman Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Magetan menegaskan, anggaran fantastis yang telah terealisasi sebesar Rp 242,9 miliar seharusnya menjadi milik rakyat sepenuhnya. "Masyarakat Kabupaten Magetan harusnya sejahtera jika uang Rp 242 miliar ini dirasakan manfaatnya. Namun, kami menemukan fakta bahwa uang ini, ketika sampai ke kelompok penerima dan dicairkan, langsung dilakukan penarikan kembali. Uang tersebut ditarik lagi, baik oleh oknum anggota dewan sendiri maupun oleh pendamping," tegas Kajari Magetan.

Kajari juga menyoroti bahwa pekerjaan yang seharusnya dilakukan secara swakelola oleh masyarakat justru dialihkan kepada pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk oleh oknum dewan. Akibatnya, banyak pekerjaan yang tidak selesai, proyek tidak bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) dimanipulasi untuk menutupi penyimpangan tersebut.

Pihak Kejari saat ini tengah melakukan breakdown atau perincian terhadap total anggaran yang mengalir ke masing-masing legislator. "Total realisasi Rp 242 miliar itu didistribusikan melalui aspirasi 45 anggota dewan. Kami sedang merinci perolehan masing-masing, misalnya si A dapat sekian miliar, si B sekian miliar. Tidak menutup kemungkinan tersangka akan bertambah seiring ditemukannya alat bukti baru," tambahnya.

Berdasarkan alat bukti yang kuat, Kejaksaan resmi menahan enam orang tersangka, yaitu: SN: Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Magetan (Periode 2024-2029), JML Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Magetan, JMT Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Magetan, AN, TH, dan ST Tenaga Pendamping Dewan.

Keenam tersangka tersebut kini ditahan di Rutan Kelas 2B Magetan selama 20 hari ke depan, terhitung mulai 23 April hingga 12 Mei 2026, untuk menjalani proses hukum lebih lanjut. Kajari meminta dukungan penuh dari warga Magetan untuk membongkar tuntas kasus ini hingga ke akar-akarnya.

"Kami mohon bantuan dari masyarakat, terutama yang terlibat dalam proyek atau kelompok masyarakat penerima. Jika mengetahui adanya potongan-potongan dana POKIR, segera laporkan kepada kami. Informasi Anda sangat penting agar kami bisa membuktikan secara terang benderang berapa besaran kerugian negara dan memastikan uang korupsi yang digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi ini dapat dipertanggungjawabkan," pungkasnya.
